  • Not collected: Payment details, government IDs, health data, precise geolocation, or purchased lists.

2. Data Usage

  • Respond to inquiries, evaluate dealer applications, and fulfill document requests.
  • Send marketing email only to users who explicitly opt in (a separate checkbox is required).
  • Share with Light Progress Group s.r.l. (Italy) for technical and engineering referrals, or shared CRM access (see Section 3).
  • Analytics, security, and future advertising (e.g., Google Ads retargeting).

3. Data Sharing & Cross-Border Transfers

  • Vendors:
    • Pressable (US) hosts the site, forms, and data.
    • Zoho processes CRM, chat, and analytics.
    • Wordfence (US) manages security logs.
    • Light Progress Group s.r.l. (Italy) receives referrals and shares a CRM tenant.
  • GDPR: Applies if EU visitors interact with the site (e.g., via a parent site link).

4. Cookies & Consent

  • Cookies are used for analytics and security (Zoho, CMS, Wordfence). Policy disclosure suffices for the US and Canada; the EU requires a separate consent banner.
